Adding Scenes

When you have scenes the players get to see what you are trying to teach but in a different way. I played Drift Runners in the Playing to Learn and it was teaching about my topic. It is trying to teach the same as what I am.
I have played other games like Drift Runners and they teach about other things relative to timing and Stem.

My thoughts on Paper Prototyping

I liked making the Paper Prototypes because its an early preview of my game. It gives us an idea of what we want to put in our game. Those might not exactly match our final game however. My partner drew all the pictures and I colored them.

What I hope to accomplish as a team

I hope to accomplish many things while in a team. I hope to create a team page. I also hope to create a game demo and the finish the time line. I am hoping to make our game the best game in the whole class.

My synopsis and what Im excited about for the game/

My synopsis: Our game is going to be a racing game. The learning background is going to be about timing when to turn . The game will work to when you hit an obsticle you lose 1 life. When you collect coins during the race,  you get 1 point for each coin, and every 3 coins, you get 1 life.  After each race, there are 3 questions asked about engineering. For every question answered right, you get 1 point. For every question answered wrong, you lose a life. If you win the race, get first place, you can do one upgrade to your car.  If you lose all your life... game over.

I am excited about starting this game because it's going to be a challenge. I haven't reallly worked with flash in the past so its kind of new to me. I am creating a racing game because they are fun and they teach you things. Even though its going to take some time I will enjoy creating this game.
